How to track your order
1. Tracking numbers are sent to the email address specified on the order. Make sure your email address is valid. Also, check your junk or spam email folder just in case our emails got delivered there.
2. In general, you can check the status of your shipment on http://www.17track.net. For United States shipments the same info is available on https://www.usps.com. Note that status updates usually require 3 to 5 days to become available. "Item Not Found" or "Status Not Available" messages will be displayed in the first few days. For tracking numbers starting with "04", the tracking website is http://global.cainiao.com.
3. At times the tracking info gets "stuck" at a certain status and there's no updates for days. This is normal to Post Office processes, depending on how they scan the package at each stop. Rest assured that your package is in good hands and still in transit.
4. Very rarely, a package gets rejected at the customs. We will either re-ship or refund your purchase accordingly.
